Frequently asked questions

  • You are welcome to book in for a facial or skin consult for skin care recommendations. Unfortunately we will not treat anyone under the age of 18, even with parental consent for cosmetic procedures.

  • Due to TGA regulations, we are unable to advertise or showcase any cosmetic treatments including pricing details. To begin your journey with us, we kindly ask that new clients book a complimentary consultation first, which can be conducted either in-clinic or via FaceTime for convenience. During this consultation, we will discuss pricing, expected results, and create a personalised aesthetic treatment plan tailored to your needs. Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please feel free to contact me directly and I will be happy to assist you.

  • We accept Cash, Eftpos and After pay. There is a surcharge on all credit card purchases, so please plan accordingly if you would like to avoid this fee.

  • Please where possible provide us with 48 hours notice. Cancellation within a 24 hour time frame of your appointment or a no show will result in a payment of 50% of your treatment. If you need to change your appointment time please contact the clinic directly.

  • You are welcome to bring one friend, but please bear in mind we will need to ask you some medical questions so you need to be comfortable to answer these in front of that individual. Children are welcome as long as they are safely secured in a pram or are at an age where they can sit for the duration of your appointment.

  • No, unfortunately it is considered UNSAFE due to limited amount of research conducted to ensure it is safe as well as ethical.

  • There is metered parking available on Moorabool St, subject to availability with first 2 hours free. Little Ryrie and Haymarket off street carpark is within 2mins walking distance with a 4 hour plus time limit.

  • Return Policy for Skincare Products

    At Luna May Aesthetics, we are committed to your satisfaction and the quality of our skincare products. Please read our return policy carefully:

    • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

    • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged.

    • Faulty or Damaged Products: If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

    • Refund Process: Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt of the returned product.

    • How to Return: Contact our team to obtain a return authorisation before sending any products back. Products returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
